Winall, William B., beloved husband of the late Minerva Winall. Died Tuesday, October 30, 2007. Visitation Thursday from 9:30 AM until time of Funeral Service at 10 AM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue at Queen City. Memorials may be made to the Marine Corps Association, PO Box 1600, Forrester Center, WV, 25438-4600.
