Virginia Mentzel

Virginia Passed peacefully on June 9th at Mercy Hospital.  She was 73 years old.  She will be loved and missed by her family and friends.  She is proceeded in death by Mother, Elizabeth Combs and Father Hargis Ritchie (Cindy).  She is survived by husband Jim Mentzel, and her children David (Andi), Debbie(Jeff), Karen (Rob), Kim (Bill), Jenny (Mike), Connie (Al), Kenny (Mary), Mike, Dean, Linda, Teresa (Scott), Anna (Jeff),Sharon (Russ), her 38 grandkids (And In-Laws), 43 Great Grandkids, Nancy,Margaret, Ron, Sue, Sherry and many loving cousins. She was a very dedicated, and loving mother, who always put her family and strangers far beforeherself. She was a dedicated nurses aid for over 20+ years, her job was her home away from home, as well as her second family.  She was a very selfless Mother and person, who would had given the shirt off of her back to anyone that came into her path. She was Elvis Presley's greatest number one fan! Mom/Grandma, you will forever be loved and missed and never forgotten! The family request memorials be made in her memory, in care of, Dalbert, Woodruff, & Isenogle Funeral Home.
