Beloved husband of Lynn M. Mullins (nee Weikel). Loving father of Maria (Aaron) Mevis, and Julie Mullins. Cherished grandfather of Nate and Alex Mevis. Dear brother of Ralph (Nancy) Mullins, and Don (Sheila) Mullins. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Passed away on Wednesday May 24, 2023, age 69 years, after a long illness of Lewy Body Dementia.

Visitation Friday Evening June 2, 2023, from 6 PM to 8 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff and Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Ave., 45238

Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Saturday at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, 3720 St. Martins Place, 45211.
