Thomas P. Hassett

Thomas P. Hassett, age 89, of Mason died September 18, 2022. Beloved husband of Bernice (Seeger) Hassett, married for 66 years. Devoted son of the late Stephen and Margaret (Ray) Hassett and brother of the late James (June) Hassett.

Tom grew up in Price Hill, served in the US Army during the Korean War, and enjoyed a long career at AT&T planning the long distance telephone network. After he retired, he volunteered with the Natural History Museum and played bridge with the Anderson and Northern Kentucky Bridge Clubs. He loved music, fishing, camping, and traveling the US.

Tom is survived by his wife, 5 daughters, Evelyn (Daniel) Finn, Carol (Chuck) Fetters, Linda (Terry) Sabatelli, Judy (Ralph) Abney, and Peggy (Michael) Brennan; 9 grandchildren Suzanne (Rich) Moebius, Patrick and Andrew Finn, Madison (Jack) Hamman, Brooke, Kendall, and Gabriel Sabatelli, and Lindsey and Allison Brennan; 2 great grandchildren Finn and Robin Moebius; dear sister Colleen Bens, and many nieces and nephews.
