Sandra C., devoted wife and best friend of the late Bill Winkler for 50 years.  Loving mother of Scott (Theresa) Winkler and Wendy (Thom) Williams.  Cherished Memaw of Betsy & Robbie Winkler and Ethan & Sami Williams.  Sandra passed on September 12, 2014 at the age of 73.  Family and friends are invited to a memorial visitation Monday September 15, from 5 PM until time of memorial service at 6 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home 2880 Boudinot at Queen City Avenues 45238.
