Russell L. Jr., devoted son of the late Russell L. Sr. & Ormal Woodruff (nee Tickle).  Loving father of Peggy (Jeff) Isenogle and Bette (John) Soller.  Proud grandfather of Chad (Amy) Isenogle, Clay (Nicole) Isenogle & Becca and Erin Soller.  Cherished great-grandfather of Evan, Emma, Hope, McKenzie and Canyon Isenogle.  Russ was the founder of the Dalbert & Woodruff Funeral Home and a longtime resident of both Cincinnati, Indiana and Florida.  He passed peacefully in the presence of his family on Sunday December 8, 2013 at the age of 85.  Friends and family are invited to a Visitation Thursday December 12th from 4 PM until time of Funeral Service at 7 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home 2880 Boudinot at Queen City Avenue Cincinnati, Ohio 45238.  If desired, memorial contributions may be made to SPCA Cincinnati 3949 Colerain Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45223.
