Rose P. Fazio

In loving memory of Rose P. Fazio, a cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, who peacefully departed this world on July 29, 2025, in Cincinnati, Ohio, at the age of 90. Born on June 22, 1935, as Rose Perrino, she graced the lives of many with her kindness, resilience, and unwavering devotion to her family.

Rose is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Jim) Fazio-Carroll. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren—Andrea (Pete), David (Elizabeth), and Michael—as well as her great-grandchildren, Carson, Caroline, Jim, and Eric, each of whom brought her immense joy and pride.

A beloved sister, Rose is survived by her siblings: Mario Perrino, Mary Ann (Tom) Hobing, and Patricia (Al) Calvallo. Rose also found delight in the loving company of her nieces, nephews, and many dear friends, all of whom will carry forth her warmth and spirit.

Rose's heart was forever intertwined with that of her late husband, Sebastian Fazio, whose love she cherished deeply until the end of her days. She also mourned the loss of her beloved daughter, Cynthia "Cindy" Fazio, whose memory will always hold a special place in the hearts of those who knew them.

In celebration of her life and to honor her enduring spirit, a visitation will be held on August 6, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at St. Antoninus Church, located at 1500 Linneman Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45238. Following the visitation, a Mass will commence at 10:30 AM, allowing family and friends the opportunity to reflect on Rose's remarkable journey and the indelible mark she left on all who were fortunate enough to know her.

As we remember Rose P. Fazio, let us carry forward her legacy of love, compassion, and generosity—a legacy that will continue to inspire generations to come.
