Norma L. Brater (nee Palmer)

Beloved wife of the late Edward J. Brater. Loving mother of Eric Brater and Nancy (Chuck) Williams. Cherished grandmother of Christopher (Amy) Williams, Charles A. Williams II, Dorothy (Justin Brietzki) Williams, and Carrie (Brad) Legner. Adored great grandmother of Raileigh, Khloe, Josie, and Charles. Dear sister of the late Paul R. Palmer and sister-in-law of Margaret Palmer. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Norma was a graduate of Western Hills High School, and a longtime member of St. John’s Church, now St. John’s Westminster Union Church.

Passed away on Wednesday January 6, 2021. Age 94 years.

Private services will be held for the family.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Free Store Food Bank, WCET, Wounded Warrior Project, St. Jude Hospital for Children, or a charity of one’s choice.
