Matthew E. Smith, devoted father of Khloe & Kaylee Smith. Beloved son of Deanna & Ed Smith (Nancy). Significant other of Jami Shrader. Dear stepbrother of Tracy and Renee. Grandson of the late Peggy Westerfield. Cherished nephew to Tonya Snider, the late Kim and late Vicki Westerfield. Special cousin of Peggy, Michael, Erik, the late Crystal.  He will be loved and missed by many friends and family.

Matt reached home plate on August 29, 2017, he was 32.

He was an avid sports fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cincinnati Reds, Bengals, & Bearcats. He was a sharp dresser and loved to dance and play golf with his dad and loved life, his girls, and his family. He saved countless lives through counseling others.

In lieu of flowers, a trust fund has been set up for Khloe and Kaylee at PNC bank c/o Deanna Smith.

In the Spirit of Matt, we welcome you to wear OSU or Cincinnati sports apparel to the Visitation Sunday, September 3rd from 4pm, until time of Funeral Service at 6pm.
