Marion G. Smith

Marion Smith (nee Gannon) beloved wife of the late Donald L. Smith.  Devoted mother of Pamela Mascari and Patricia (Kent) Krafve.  Loving grandmother of Adam (Caitlin) Wojcik and Madeline Krafve.  Great-grandmother of Kennedi Wojcik and Josephine Wojcik.  Predeceased by grandsons Joseph (Jessica) Wojcik and Alexander Krafve.  Sister of the late Jack Gannon and his wife, Norma.  Beloved aunt of Shelley Smith, Tami Byler, John Gannon and Tim Gannon.  Survived by many great- nieces and nephews, cousin Barb (wife of late David Deimer) and cousin, Connie (wife of late Wesley Lampe).

Born June 21, 1927 to Grace and Martin Gannon in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Graduate of Western Hills High School 1945 and Otterbein College 1949.  Retired Kindergarten teacher for Cincinnati Public Schools (Cheviot Elementary).  She had an uncanny ability to recognize grown adults she'd had in her kindergarten classes years ago.

Marion poured her whole heart into everything she did.  She was a true friend and lived a wonderful life.  Loved by so many and truly left this world a better place. 

Died October 30, 2022 at the age of 95 years.

Services will be held in private and at the convenience of the family at Bridgetown Cemetery.
