Linda Jo Seibel (née Moser) October 30, 1947 – November 16, 2025

Linda Jo Seibel, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, teacher, and friend, took her last breath her on earth peacefully on Sunday, November 16, at the age of 78.

Linda shared 56 years of beautiful love and partnership with her devoted husband, Gene. Together they built a family rooted in joy and kindness. She was the cherished mother of Teri (Dan) Egbers and Greg (Evelyn) Seibel, and the proud grandmother of Emily Land and Callistus and Isabella Seibel. She is also lovingly remembered by her sisters, Nancy Rickert and Sally DiMuzio. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe & Nathleen Moser.

Linda graduated from Miami University with her Bachelor’s degree & later earned her Master’s degree at Mt. St. Joe’s. A gifted and passionate educator, Linda spent her career teaching kindergarten and first grade, touching the lives of countless children. She taught them to read, to believe in themselves and to embrace life and learning with confidence. Her legacy lives on in every student who discovered the joy of learning because of her gentle guidance.

She enjoyed dancing, skiing & scuba diving.

Linda loved deeply and without reserve. She treasured her family, her church and the friendships formed within it, her faithful high school friends and her cherished co-workers. Above all, Linda loved Jesus, and she reflected His love in every smile and every kind word she offered. No one was ever a stranger to her; she welcomed everyone with a warm smile… and lots of questions!

Visitation and funeral services will be held at Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home on Boudinot Avenue on Monday, November 24 from 4-6pm, with a brief service following at 6PM.
