Lillian H Stucker

Lillian A. (nee Hiltenberger) passed away at age 93 on October 24, 2015. Only child of the late Emily and Louis Hiltenberger. Beloved wife for over 70 years of the late Robert (Bob) Stucker. Dear mother of Judy (late Jerry Banker), Jolene (late Rich Weiskittel), and Jennifer Stucker (John Eck). Grandmother of Lori (Jim Olson), Mike Banker (Michele Greco), Stephanie (Dan Hood), and Emily Eck (Sean Roach). Great grandmother of Katie, Hailey, and Carly Jo. “Aunt Lil” to numerous nieces and nephews.

Loving daughter, wife, mother, secretary/bookkeeper at Shiloh Community Methodist Church for many years, business manager, and all-round organizer of all things Family.  Charter member of Delhi Debs, a group of lifelong friends from Delhi Elementary School who grew up, raised families, and grew old together, marking many decades at their monthly gatherings. Lillian loved birds, animals, and the glories of nature, but Family and Friends were at the center of her world. Her happiest times were spent as hostess of frequent gatherings throughout her long marriage to Bob – for holiday feasts, all-day picnics at their farm in Batesville, or just a family dinner -- Lil was always delighted to see you and set another place.

The family would like to thank the care team at Hillebrand Nursing & Rehabilitation Center for their support and care of our mother during the past year.
