Lafaydia Carol (nee Stephens), loving mother of Ed (Kerry) Hamblin, cherished grandmother of Jayne and Blake Hamblin. Carol was from a large Kentucky family and is survived by her brother Ronnie Stephens and many nieces, nephews & friends and preceded in death by numerous brothers and sisters. Saturday, July 26, 2014. Age 69 years. Friends & Family are invited to attend a 1:00 PM Memorial Service on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at Fellowship Baptist Church, 1634 Shattuck St. Lebanon, OH 45036.
