Karen Ann Lewis

Karen Ann Lewis, born February 24,1952 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Deceased October 21, 2021. Proceeded in death by her parents William Edward Lewis and Irma Mae (nee Otte), sister Linda Ranz. Dear sister to Janet Hagins, Daniel Lewis and Carolyn Cocchiarle. Karen impacted the lives of many through her profound talent as an artist. Following in the footsteps of her Mother she influenced many at Lewis Art Studio in Monfort Heights. Karen earned a BFA from The University of Cincinnati in 1974. She continued at The University of North Carolina and earned a Masters Degree in Art and Art Therapy from The Art Institute of Chicago in 1995. Karen's professional career as an Art Therapist benefited countless individuals with her unique insight and dedication. A prolific master of oil painting, watercolor and pen. Karen will be well remembered for her beauty, talent, and creative spirit. Private interment. St. Joseph Cemetery.
