Julia Kay, better known as Grandma Judy, beloved wife of the late Coy Keith Polston, daughter of the late Julian and Mary Perry, loving mother of Teresa (Clifton) Charles, Michael Polston, Nancy (Rodney) Dent, Charles Scott (Tracy) Polston and Anthony Opey (Heather) Polston, loving grandmother of 19 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren, dear sister of Dorothy Harrison (Gordon) Foltz, Annitta (Milo) Henderson, Mary Kathleen Alffolder (Jack) Raudenbush and William Bill (Jeannie) Perry. Passed away at the age of 74 on October 9, 2015.

Judy touched so many lives in so many different ways. She was always there when she was needed and was never afraid to speak her mind. Judy was a very loving, caring women and the life of all parties. She was one unique women that will be greatly missed.

Funeral service will be held 1 PM Friday, October 16, 2015 at Dalbert Woodruff and Isenogle located at 2880 Boudinot Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45238. Viewing will be from 11 am to 1 pm and service to follow at grave site. If desired, donations can be made at time of service to help offset cost of funeral.  Friends and family will be gathering after services at 5840 St. Rt. 128 Cleves, Ohio 45002 directions will be provided at funeral home.
