Hess, loving grandfather of Kenneth and Richard Byrne, Philip Jacob and Lisa Hess, great-grandfather of Kevin and Tristan Byrne, dear brother of Thomas Sefton and the late Nellie, Edith, June, Jess and Frank. Friday, December 20, 2002. Age 84 years. Funeral service Thursday, 12 noon, at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue at Queen City. Visitation from 10 AM until time of service with North Bend Lodge #346 and Buckeye Chapter #587 O.E.S. services beginning at 11:30 AM.
