Jack J. Smith

Beloved father of Ryan Smith, Andrea (John)Whitson and Aaron Smith. Loving brother of Sid (Marlene) Smith. Cherished son of the late Harlow and Jeanette Smith. Dear grandfather of Evyn Canchola. Also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Jack was an Over the Road Truck Driver and he was always there to help anyone in need. He loved and cherished his family dearly and will be missed by all who knew him.

Passed away suddenly on Saturday, December 26, 2020. Age 64 years.

He pulled over on the side of the road to help a young girl. He was being a Good Samaritan for putting another life before his own. We will miss him dearly but he's a hero in our hearts!

Visitation will be Saturday, January 2nd from 12:00pm until time of Funeral Service at 3:00pm at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45238.
