Helen J Sulek

Helen J. Sulek, Age 98, passed on October 10, 2015.  She was born in Cleveland, OH to the late Stella and Anthony Supinski.  She is survived by her children Edward (Nelda) and Dr. Richard (Rosemary) Sulek.  Seven grandchildren & ten great-grandchildren.  Preceded in death by her husband Edward, 8 brothers and 1 sister. 

Her body was donated to the University of Cincinnati Medical School. 

A memorial mass will be held on Saturday October 17th, 10:30 AM in the Chapel at Mercy at Westpark 2950 West Park Dr. Cincinnati, OH 45238.
