Harlus Brockman

Harlus Brockman, age 83, passed away Sunday January 7, 2018. He was born October 22,1934 in Sano, KY. He is preceded in death by his parents Oma and Evert Brockman and his twin brother Carlus Brockman. He was an outgoing person who loved to sing and play the guitar. He never met a stranger and always made those around him feel at home. He was an avid UK wildcats fan and a proud Kentuckian. He shed a tear every time he would hear the song "My old Kentucky home".

He retired from General Electric and stayed close to his union friends at the UAW. He loved to participate in union activities and thought of his union friends as a second family.

He will be missed by those who loved him, especially his wife Geraldine, daughter's Beverly and Carolyn, son-in-law Steve and grandchildren Franklin, Trisha and Fred along with his brother's Jim and Bobby, sister Teno and many cousins and friends.

Visitation Saturday January 13, 2018 from 11 AM to 1 PM, followed by a Funeral Service and Military Honors at 1 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home.
