Gregory C. Mates, age 56, of Dayton, Ohio, son of the late Dr. Arthur J. and Marcella Mates, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 13th, 2023. Gregory was born on August 17th, 1966.
Gregory is survived by a son, Cory Mates; his siblings, Monica Dieckman (Bob), Matthew Mates (Robin), Betsey Mates-Leckie (Doug), and Rebecca Mates (Oscar); many nieces, nephews, and cousins; and numerous friends. All will miss him dearly.
Burial will be private.
