FISHER, Frances V. (nee Reinhardt), beloved wife of the late Henry "Jack" Fisher, dear sister of Gary (Willenia) Reinhardt, Phil Reinhardt and the late Betty Henges, daughter of the late Robert C. and Harriett B. Reinhardt, also survived by nieces and nephews. Thursday, November 21, 2002. Age 84 years.
