Erma-Lee McKasson

Erma-Lee McKasson, passed from this earthly life to join the Lord on January 30, 2022, at the age of 88.  She was the loving wife of Henry “Mert” McKasson and the late Walter “Gail” Sears.  Devoted mother of Debbi (Ron) Ward, Beverly (Gregg) Owen, Brenda (Dan) Lang, Darla Nykamp, and step-daughter Melissa Sherman.  Adored grandmother of 10, great-grandmother of 15, and great-great-grandmother of 2.  Dear sister of Carolyn Lieb, and the late Delmar Rodgers. 

Erma-Lee was a devoted Christian woman who will be loved and missed by her church family at Western Hills Church of Christ and the many students and friends she made while working at Cincinnati Christian University, where she mentored many.  She was a piano teacher and a church musician. Living her faith, Erma-Lee was a missionary in Japan.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation Monday, February 7^th, from 10 am until the time of funeral service at 11 am, all at the Western Hills Church of Christ 5064 Sidney Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45238.  She will be laid to rest at St. John’s Cemetery in Delhi Township.  If desired, memorial donations may be directed to the Western Hills Church of Christ.
