Eddie “Charlie”, beloved husband of Vada (nee Hibbard). Loving dad of Gina Stines and Chuck Stines. Cherished Papa of Aleshia, Savannah, John, Olivia, Callie and Paul Stines and great Papa of J.T., Camden and Jalil Stines. Dear brother of Linda Stines and the late Wayne Stines and Arthur Stines. Loving son of the late Thomas and Francis Stines. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews & friends. Passed away on Friday, August 21, 2015. Age 62 years.
