Donna Lee Schmidt

Donna Lee Schmidt (nee Crutchleo), passed away Friday, May 24, 2024 in the comfort of her home. Age 79 years, born on June 22, 1944 in Bremerton, Washington. 

Preceded in death by her husband of 36 years Robert “Bob” Schmidt. Parents Calvin Sr. and Betty (Fell) Crutchleo. Daughter Julie (David) Barnhorst.

Survived by her loving granddaughter, Allison (Rob Bowling) Barnhorst and grandson, Zachary Barnhorst. Adorable great grandson, Levi Curtis Bowling. Devoted dog, Stella. Dear brother, Calvin "Spud" (Liz) Crutchleo Jr. Many dear cousins, nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews. Sweet sisters-in-law, Jan Schermerhorn and Patti Schmidt. A special thank you to Susan Takacs, aide from Council on Aging. 

Donna was a lifelong Reds fan and a devoted Bengals fan. She loved Hallmark movies and loved to dance to 50’s and 60’s music. She was devoted to her grandchildren, Allison and Zachary.

Donna retired from Hamilton County Clerk of Courts and was previously employed by Shilitos.

Family and friends are invited to a Visitation on Friday, May 31, 2024 from 11:00 am until time of the Funeral Service at 1:00 pm. All services will be held at Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45234.
