Donald “Don” T., beloved husband of Carolyn Hawthorne (nee Hake). Loving father of Doug (Kelly), Greg (Tina) and Emily (Jason) Crouch. Cherished grandfather of Miranda, Kylie, Jeremy and Samantha. Dear brother of Russ (Evie) Hawthorne. Also survived by four step grandchildren, two step great grandchildren, nieces, nephews & many friends. Sunday, May 10, 2015. Age 80 years. Visitation 12 Noon Wednesday, followed by a 1 PM Funeral Service at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Ave., 45238.
