Dolores R. Waltz

Dolores R. Waltz passed in the presence of her family on Sunday October 7, 2018, she was 94. 

She was born in Covington, KY to the late Charles and Margaret Reckers.  She was the devoted wife of the late Louis Paul Waltz Jr.  loving mother of Jeffrey “JP” Waltz and Pamela (Marvin) Griffith.  Cherished grandmother of Elizabeth (Steve) Mills, Laura Waltz, Brian Scherrer and Nicholas (Erika) Griffith.  Dear great-grandmother of Mackenzie, Avery, Ayana, Michelle, Brian and Violet.  She was preceded in death by her siblings; Charles, Josephine, Margie, Alice, Rosemary and William. 

She proudly served her country as a WAVE during World War II. 

Family and friends are invited to a visitation Thursday evening from 6-8 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home 2880 Boudinot at Queen City Avenue and a blessing service on Friday morning at 10:30 AM, also at the funeral home.
