Dolores C. Sauer

Dolores C. Sauer, affectionately known as "Stac," graced this world from February 27, 1929, until her passing on June 9, 2025, in her beloved Cincinnati, Ohio. Born to Cogle and Louise Stacey, Dolores was a vibrant spirit whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her.

Throughout her life, Dolores embraced her role as a faithful servant and cherished member of the Bible Chapel of Delhi Hills, where she dedicated herself to her community and faith. She connected deeply with those around her, embodying the essence of love, hope, and compassion. Her unwavering devotion to family and friends was a hallmark of her character.

Dolores leaves behind her beloved family—her son, Ray (Jan) Sauer; her daughter, Deb (Ray) Teegarden; and her son,  Tim (Missy) Sauer, and ten adoring grandchildren whose lives will forever be enriched by her love. Additionally, her legacy continues through her fourteen great-grandchildren, each bringing her immense joy and pride.

She was a loving sister to Robert Stacey, Lottie Snow, Jeralean Gecks, Mary Schwering, Edward Stacey, Jane Perna, and Paul Stacey, sharing many treasured moments and memories with them throughout her life. She also had a special bond with her nephew, Rich (Linda) Sauer, and was blessed with many nieces and nephews who will remember her fondly.

Dolores was predeceased by her cherished husband, Ray Sauer, Sr., who was her partner in life and love. Together, they built a family filled with laughter, support, and unwavering strength. She is now reunited with her parents, Cogle and Louise Stacey, whose love and guidance shaped the remarkable woman she became.

The funeral services honoring Dolores's life will take place at The Bible Chapel of Delhi Hills in Cincinnati. A visitation is scheduled for Monday, June 16, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:30 AM, concluding at 12:30 PM. As family and friends gather to celebrate the impact she made, they will carry with them the light she shone in their lives.

Dolores C. Sauer will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of her family and all those she touched throughout her beautifully lived years.
