Debra Lafferty

Debra Lafferty, known to many fondly as Debbie, passed away on June 14, 2026, in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. Born on September 14, 1957, in Springfield, Ohio, Debbie lived a life marked by her quiet devotion to her family and the gentle creativity she expressed through her hobbies and personal interests.

Debbie had an endearing way of thinking about her family—always in her own little unique way, a testament to the special bond she nurtured with those she loved. Her talents extended to sewing and crocheting, pursuits she deeply cherished and which reflected her patient and caring spirit.

She is survived by her loving sister and brother-in-law, Delilah and Charles Patters; her sister Diana Henderson; her brother and sister-in-law, David and Joyce Lafferty; and her sister-in-law Janet Lafferty. Debbie also held close her spiritual community, especially Scott Nelson, her brother in Christ. Her extended family, which includes many nieces, great nieces, nephews, and great nephews, also carry her memory in their hearts.

Debbie was preceded in death by her beloved father Harry Lafferty, her mother Goldie Lafferty, her brother Charles Lafferty, and her brother-in-law Richard (Dicki) Henderson.

A visitation in honor of Debbie will be held on Tuesday June 23, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, located at 2880 Boudinot Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio 45238. A blessing service will follow immediately at 12:00 p.m. 

In a life beautifully lived, Debbie’s presence was a quiet but profound blessing. She leaves behind her family and friends, who will remember her kindness, her subtle but vibrant way of loving, and the creative spirit she expressed so effortlessly. Her legacy continues in the hearts of all who knew her, a testament to a woman whose life touched many quietly yet deeply.
