LOWE, Chester L, devoted husband of the late Johnnie C. Lowe (nee Elias),loving father of Elizabeth (Michael) Ward, dear grandpa of Zachary and Kaitlyn Ward, son of the late General and Dorothy Lowe, brother of Juanita Partin, Ray Lowe, Loraine Davis, Riley Lowe, Wilma Hamblin, Jesse Snyder, Dorcas Ditmer, Bernice Allen, Norma Lowe and the late Jimmy Lowe. Mr. Lowe was retired from Sohio Oil Company. Wednesday, November 20, 2002. Age 74 years. Funeral service Monday, 1 PM, at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue at Queen City. Visitation at the funeral home from 11 AM until time of Columbia Lodge #44 F & A.M. service at 12:30 PM.
