Beloved husband for 60 years to the late Peggy G. Saunders. Loving father of Wanda Miller, Rick (Cookie) Saunders, Teresa (late Joe) Hauer, Ron (Lisa) Saunders, and Connie (Kevin) Phillips. Cherished grandfather of Rhonda, Billy, Cathy (Shea), Angie, Tim, Phillip (Rachel), Adam (Lindsay), Trent (Brittany), Jessica (Derek), Andrew and Kyle. Adored great-grandfather of Megan, Destiny, Hailey, Kinsey, Callie, Sadie, Jaxon, Kase, Nash, Callie, Jace, Nolan, Camden, Gloria and Gabriel. Dear great-great grandfather of Aiden, Greyson, Easton and Callie.

Charles proudly served his country in the United States Army in the Korean War.

Passed away on Wednesday February 16, 2022.

Age 89 years.

Visitation Monday February 21^st  from 12:30 PM until time of service at 2 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Ave., 45238.
