Barbara L. (nee Collinsworth). Beloved wife of Dan Pettyjohn. Loving mother of Patrick (Jen) Armontrout, Michael (Jina) Pettyjohn and Meghan Radcliff.  Cherished grandmother of Sophia, Allie, Ian, Adison, Maxwell, Stella, Gracie, Abbie, Rocco and the late Evan. Loving daughter of Jeanette and the late Guy Collinsworth. Dear sister of Patricia Sprague and David Collinsworth. Daughter-in-law of Arvel and the late Esther Pettyjohn. Also survived by extended family, nieces, nephews and many friends, as well as her loving K-9 companion “Buddy”. Barbara will also be dearly missed by her coworkers at Kroger.
