Friday, October 10, 2008. Age 33 years. Visitation Tuesday evening from 5 PM until time of Funeral Service at 8 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue at Queen City. Donations may be made at the Funeral Home to: 405 Oak St. Alchoholics Anonymous Clubhouse in Jamie's memory.
