In 1952, William immigrated to the United States, where he and his brothers Julio, Bruno, and Manuel, began to build a life here in the US. He built a life defined by perseverance, dedication, and a deep commitment to family.
William shared 52 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Sylvia, who preceded him in death. Together, they built a strong and loving family.

He also leaves behind five grandchildren—Alexis (Jim), Max, Simon, Cori (Matt), and Kaitlyn (Ben)—and three great-grandchildren, Allie, Mia, and Theo, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins both in the US and Peru.
He will be remembered for his strength, resilience, and unwavering love for his family and community. In his later years he would translate, notarize and generally assist the non-English speaking Hispanic community with their needs for little or no money.
