Crystal Canales, 41, passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2026, in Springfield, Ohio.

She was born on September 9, 1984, in New Haven, Connecticut, to Edward and Caroline Canales. A graduate of Dater High School, Crystal was known for her shy, gentle demeanor and her kind heart.

Crystal found great joy in the rhythm of life; she loved listening to music and dancing whenever she could. She possessed a deep passion for all animals, but she held a special place in her heart for her beloved cats. Above all, she loved her family.

She is survived by her parents, Edward S. and Caroline Canales; and her brothers, Eddie and Steven Canales.

Crystal had a multitude of family and friends that loved her very much and will miss her dearly. She is deeply loved and will be missed by all.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Visitation on Thursday January 15, 2026 from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Ave., 45238.

Graveside committal prayers and interment will follow at St. Joseph New Cemetery.
